Nolte heeft ons super goed geholpen bij het samenstellen van onze entresolvloer. Samen met de kennis en expertise van het engineeringsteam hebben wij onze bedrijfsruimte kunnen voorzien van de ideale tussenvloer met trap en bordes waardoor wij de ruimte in onze hal optimaal kunnen benutten.
Levering en plaatsing verliep zeer gestructureerd en is conform planning opgeleverd.

Ideaal product, op slag veel meer opslag! Specialisten in maatwerk, voor zowel kleine als grote vloeren, zelfs in fases uitbreidende vloeren zoals hier.
Dankzij korte lijnen makkelijk overleg en schakelen. Vanaf oriëntatie tot tekenen was niets te gek, en de monteurs waren absolute vakmannen bij het bouwen van de vloer.
Ook bij later herstel en aanpassingen was ik verrast over hoe goed dit allemaal mogelijk bleek.

We zijn ontzettend tevreden met onze nieuwe mezzanine van Nolte Mezzanine. Het hele proces verliep soepel, van het eerste contact tot de oplevering. Het team dacht goed met ons mee, gaf duidelijke adviezen en leverde vakwerk. De kwaliteit van de constructie is uitstekend en we hebben nu veel extra ruimte om onze groei te ondersteunen. This one was special because it was partially rebuilt on an existing concrete structure. customer completely satisfied with their service. Their professionalism and responsiveness are key, and I particularly appreciated their ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. The product is beyond reproach, and the installation teams work carefully and tirelessly. Their responsiveness throughout the project really made a difference. En Nolte suelen bromear sobre la frecuencia con la que me voy de vacaciones. Las escapadas de deportes de invierno ocupan un lugar destacado en mi lista. Viajar, quedar con amigos y pasar tiempo con mi novia me aportan el equilibrio que también considero importante en mi trabajo.
Desde el instituto siento un gran interés por el mundo financiero. Tras terminar el instituto, empecé a estudiar Administración de Empresas en el nivel 4 de formación profesional. Durante estos estudios, realicé unas prácticas en una empresa de recubrimiento en polvo, donde luego seguí trabajando como administrador de empresas. Posteriormente, decidí seguir formándome y empecé la licenciatura en Administración de Empresas en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Ámsterdam, que actualmente estoy terminando mientras trabajo en Nolte Mezzanine y en la empresa de recubrimiento en polvo.
Como parte de mis estudios, tenía que realizar unas prácticas. En aquel momento, Nolte Mezzanine era uno de los principales clientes de la organización en la que trabajaba. Cuando surgió la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en el departamento financiero de Nolte, bajo la supervisión de Amanda, no lo dudé ni un segundo. Así es como pasé a formar parte del equipo.
Mi función en Nolte Mezzanine
En Nolte trabajo como empleado del departamento financiero y me encargo de diversas tareas financieras. Además, participo en actividades relacionadas con la seguridad, la salud y el medio ambiente (KAM), entre las que se incluyen VCA e ISO 9001, y en ocasiones colaboro en tareas de gestión estratégica. Lo que más valoro de Nolte es su cultura abierta y solidaria. Realmente se invierte tiempo en mi desarrollo y se me da la oportunidad de aprender nuevas habilidades y profundizar en mis conocimientos. La combinación de la teoría de mis estudios y la experiencia práctica dentro de esta organización en crecimiento me ayuda a desarrollarme de forma integral, con el objetivo de que, al terminar la carrera, no solo cuente con una sólida base teórica, sino también con una valiosa experiencia práctica.
