Nolte heeft ons super goed geholpen bij het samenstellen van onze entresolvloer. Samen met de kennis en expertise van het engineeringsteam hebben wij onze bedrijfsruimte kunnen voorzien van de ideale tussenvloer met trap en bordes waardoor wij de ruimte in onze hal optimaal kunnen benutten.
Levering en plaatsing verliep zeer gestructureerd en is conform planning opgeleverd.

Ideaal product, op slag veel meer opslag! Specialisten in maatwerk, voor zowel kleine als grote vloeren, zelfs in fases uitbreidende vloeren zoals hier.
Dankzij korte lijnen makkelijk overleg en schakelen. Vanaf oriëntatie tot tekenen was niets te gek, en de monteurs waren absolute vakmannen bij het bouwen van de vloer.
Ook bij later herstel en aanpassingen was ik verrast over hoe goed dit allemaal mogelijk bleek.

Fuera del trabajo, disfruto de las cosas simples. Dar un paseo, comer bien y relajarme por la noche con una serie. Y cuando hace buen tiempo, nunca digo que no a un festival con una cerveza.
Mi aventura en Nolte Mezzanine comenzó gracias a mi padre, Jurgen Koedam, que también trabaja en la empresa. Me preguntó si me gustaría ir a ver qué produce realmente Nolte Mezzanine. Esa visita me causó una impresión inmediata y tuve la oportunidad de empezar en el departamento de ingeniería.
La técnica siempre me ha fascinado, pero en Nolte Mezzanine desarrollé un fuerte interés por la construcción en acero. Idear soluciones, desarrollarlas en software 3D y luego ver cómo el diseño se produce y se monta sigue siendo un proceso especial.
Lo que más me gusta de mi trabajo es la colaboración con los clientes. Al comprender bien cómo funcionan sus procesos y cuáles son sus necesidades, podemos, junto con ingenieros y constructores, llegar a un diseño bien pensado. La aportación de producción y montaje es fundamental para traducir la teoría en práctica.
Mi función en Nolte Mezzanine
Actualmente trabajo como Lead Engineer y participo en varios equipos de proyecto. Estoy en contacto con clientes, proveedores, equipos de montaje, ingenieros y constructores. Esa variedad hace que el trabajo sea interesante. Además, participo en el desarrollo de productos y de software. Las ideas se comparten dentro de la empresa y trabajamos juntos en nuevos productos y herramientas que nos ayudan a trabajar de forma más eficiente.
El sector de la logística se desarrolla rápidamente y la automatización desempeña un papel cada vez más importante. Sistemas como robots y cintas transportadoras se integran cada vez más en las entreplantas. Esto requiere estructuras capaces de soportar tanto cargas dinámicas como estáticas. Cuando veo una de nuestras estructuras en uso, me siento orgulloso de lo que hemos logrado juntos.
